To brew the best coffee a high mineral content is needed, if not the coffee tastes flat and lacks body and any real stand-out flavour. The Bestmin cartridge brings the mineral content back to balance producing a vibrant great tasting coffee.

The way this is achieved is primarily by adding back in Magnesium. A key carrier of flavour. While at the same time removing unwanted ingredients such as particles, organic components and chlorine.
