Fix My Baratza Vario!

We offer a Baratza grinder repair program so you can get back to making great coffee. 

This repair service is for Baratza and Mahlkonig Vario.

Our repair includes:

• Diagnosis of problems
• Replacement worn/broken parts as needed (except burrs)
• Cleaning
• Recalibration
• Testing
• Return Shipping
• 3 Months Warranty

If you would like your burrs replaced, purchase the burrs at the same time as this service.

You will be responsible for shipping the grinder to us. Please package the grinder as best as you can. You do not need to send us the hopper or grounds bin unless one of these is broken. Please check before sending. 

Once we have received your order we will email you a shipping label to send the grinder in to us.
Make sure the grinder is well packaged. Don't use loose fill peanuts, they are not secure enough.
Please remember to include your Name and Order/Reference Number with the grinder.

Repairs may take up to a week to complete. If there are further delays we will contact you to let you know.

We do NOT do Hyper alignments, If you are looking to install the metal grind chamber & Threaded burr carrier, Please purchase these separately and we will install them for you.
